Used. This environmental chamber is in very nice condition. One panel is missing at the rear; it is a facade and has no other function.
Notes:
Chamber runs and essentially meets spec.: time from ambient of 17C to -18C is 32 minutes, to -40C is 43 minutes against 30 minutes and 60 minutes respectively.  Heat works.  Someone drilled a 5/8" hole in the middle black panel in front: we taped it with plastic tape.  A 115VAC outlet was added inside the chamber; this has been disabled.  The chamber runs with a bit more noise than expected, but nothing alarming.
Here's a good clean recent-manufactured chamber ready to work. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
